Users of PayGo: UPI Alerts & Soundbox can request deletion of their PayGo account and associated personal data.

How to Request Account Deletion

To request deletion of your account, send an email to operakingheadoffice@gmail.com from the email address associated with your PayGo account.

If your account was created using a phone number, include your registered phone number in the deletion request.

Use the subject:

After receiving and verifying your request, we will process the deletion of your PayGo account and associated personal data.

Data That Will Be Deleted

Where applicable, deletion may include:

• PayGo user account
• Name and profile information
• Registered email address or phone number
• User/account identifiers
• App-related data associated with the account

Certain information may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or regulatory purposes.
